Training plays a strategic role for the Department of NEUROFARBA and is one of the main pillars underpinning its academic mission. The proposed teaching activities are conceived as a dynamic space for dialogue and shared growth among faculty and researchers, students of all genders, thereby fostering critical reflection, the stimulus offered by new perspectives, and the enrichment of the entire educational pathway.

In this perspective, the 2023–2027 Excellence Project places great emphasis on renewing and enhancing the educational offering, aiming to develop innovative approaches, up-to-date content, and methodologies capable of meeting the challenges of contemporary education.

 

The quality and effectiveness of the Department’s teaching focus on:

• the development of updated technical and specialist skills in future professionals in the Department’s disciplinary areas;
• the use of innovative and integrative teaching methods for instruction, assessment, and verification of competencies acquired via e-learning and multimedia systems (blended learning, student response systems, flipped teaching, microlearning);
• the teaching of study and updating techniques also for the post-graduate period, to facilitate continuous learning;
• the promotion and strengthening of critical thinking through the teaching of critical tools that enable greater ability to evaluate the quality of information, especially online;
• the enhancement of learning through laboratory experiences to deepen understanding of the phenomena under study;
• the implementation of participatory and cooperative teaching that stimulates interpersonal relationships and the development of team spirit;
• the delivery of teaching activities that highlight both the most innovative aspects connected to the world of work in the subject area, and the related ethical and civic aspects.
