Patents
The NEUROFARBA Department holds numerous patents, including several with worldwide intellectual property protection, thanks to its intensive interdisciplinary research activities. Through its members, NEUROFARBA is also involved in a large number of clinical trials and multicenter observational studies, representing important clinical research activities at the national and regional levels and for various associations and foundations. Many NEUROFARBA members organize internationally recognized conferences on specialized topics and are considered experts capable of making significant contributions to research at both national and international levels, not only in the evaluation of drugs and drug candidates, but also in diagnostics, theranostics, and disease biomarkers. Several members hold prominent scientific leadership positions within societies, foundations, and national and European working groups, while others participate in advisory boards and expert panels. In addition, many Department members are actively involved in Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities.
